Yes, Shipping is available after you have paid for the items using one of the available payment options.
3. Where do you deliver to?
We deliver worldwide. We ship with DHL, Aramex and Fedex. Orders will be dispatched once the payment is done . It will be sent 1-2 days after confirmation. Delivery will be between 3-5 days. Cost of shipping will be calculated automatically at Checkout.
4. I have received my item. Why is it not exactly the same as the one shown on the website?
Each of our products are carefully handmade by My team and there might be some color difference due to pictures taken
5. I have seen an item on your website a few days ago, but it seems not available anymore, why is that?
I make limited pieces for each style and once sold out it is difficult for me to source the same fabric , therefore each design is unique

7. I received my package, but why did I have to pay import duty or tax?
You may be liable to pay import duty or tax on goods entering your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid for by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be
8. Can I Ask for Alterations if the size or Length needs to be adjusted according to my size?
Yes we can do the minor alterations for length and size and send them to you once the payment is done .
Do I have any refund or exchange for the dresses ?
